Dr. Tillman serves as the Neighborhood Liaison for the Rosedale Heights Neighborhood. In this role, Dr. Tillman serves as a liaison between students, members of the neighborhood, and the University to foster positive relationships with and between all parties.

Dr. Tillman also serves as the Senior Manager for Medical Education Programs and Director for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Programs within the Department of Pathology & Immunology at the WashU School of Medicine.

Dr. Tillman previously served WashU as a Residential College Director.
