Liggett-Koenig Residential Community was established in 2006. Liggett House was named in memory of John E. Liggett from his wife Elizabeth Liggett, while Koenig House is named after Edwin C. Koenig. Today, our residential community is affectionately known as LK.

Liggett House

Liggett House contains modern four-person suites with bathrooms in each suite. Each student will have a: XL twin bed frame and accompanying mattress; a three drawer dresser; and a computer desk and chair. The suite is carpeted and a shower curtain is provided.

Additionally, there are study lounges on each floor, a main computer lab,  laundry facilities, a seminar room and a music practice room. Students will be responsible for providing their personal items and toiletries.
