Harassment is defined as unwelcome and objectively offensive conduct that (a) has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with an individual’s work or educational environment, (b) is directed at a particular individual or individuals, and (c) is abusive or severely humiliating. Such behavior is subject to disciplinary action.


The Office of Residential Life refers all incidents of harassment to the appropriate office(s) for further investigation and resolution.
