How can I access the WashU Housing Portal?

To access the housing portal, you first must create your WashU Key. Your WashU Key will be created according to the timeline communicated by the Admissions Office. All times listed are St. Louis, MO local time (US Central Time Zone).

  • Students who complete their enrollment before 9:00 p.m. Monday – Friday will receive their WashU Key activation email the following day (Tue – Sat) at 9:00 a.m.
  • Students who submit their enrollment after 9:00 p.m. on Friday will not receive the WashU Key activation email until Tuesday at 9:00 a.m.
When will I be able to access the housing portal via WebSTAC?

  • Students whose WashU Keys are created on Saturday or Sunday will have access to the WashU Housing Portal on Monday morning at 7:30 a.m.
