2025-2026 Room and Meal Plan Rates
Below are the semesterly room and meal plan rates for the upcoming academic year. Charges will be applied in July for the fall semester and in December for the spring semester.
Room fees include:
- All utilities (electricity, gas, water, heating, and air conditioning)
- Wireless internet access
- Laundry facilities
Furnishings:
All units are fully furnished with a bed, mattress, desk, desk chair, dresser, and closet or wardrobe.
Apartment-style units may also include:
Full kitchen: oven, refrigerator, and stove
Living room furniture: sofa, armchair, end table, and coffee table or ottoman
Dining area furniture: dining table and four chairs
