Important Notes

Building Access, Room Keys, and WashU ID
When you check in, you will receive your room key, and important move-in materials. For students who submitted their ID Photo to University Services by August 1, we should have your WashU ID. If we do not have your WashU ID upon your late arrival, then it means that our staff was not given your WashU ID by University Services. If this is your situation, you will be granted a temporary key to your building and room. You will need to travel to the University Services Center Mallinckrodt Center, Suite 201 A as soon as you are able to receive your WashU ID.

The University Services Center in Mallinckrodt Center, Suite 201 A will be open from on Sunday, August 17 from 10:00AM to 2:00PM.

IMPORTANT NOTE: you will not be able to access your meal plan or other campus facilities and services without your WashU ID.

Moving Bins and Dollies
We will not have professional moving assistance available for late arrivals. Also, we will not have red moving bins or dollies available for students who arrive late.
