Brookings Residential Community was founded in 1999 and is comprised of Lien and Gregg houses, located near the Clocktower on the South 40 and just a few steps away from the Underpass and main campus. Today, our residential community is affectionately known as Brookings.

Lien House
Lien House contains modern two-person (also known as modern double) suites, with each having their own bathroom. Each suite contains: a XL twin bed frame and accompanying mattress; a three drawer dresser; and a computer desk and chair. A shower curtain is provided for the bathroom and the suite is carpeted.
There are kitchens on each floor and a laundry facility in each building. There are study spaces available, a main computer lab, and a multipurpose room. Students will be responsible for providing their personal items and toiletries.
Gregg House
Gregg House contains modern four-person single suites and limited modern-double suites, with each four-person suite having a shared living space and bathroom. Each suite contains: a XL twin bed frame and accompanying mattress; a three drawer dresser; and a computer desk and chair. A shower curtain is provided for the bathroom and the suite is carpeted. In the shared living space there is a couch, couch chair, coffee and side table provided.
There are kitchens on each floor and a laundry facility in each building. There are study spaces available, a main computer lab and a multipurpose room. Students will be responsible for providing their personal items and toiletries.
