Rosedale Court Apartments consists of one-person, two-person, and three-person apartments each having its own bathroom. Each student will have a: XL Twin bed frame and accompanying mattress, a dresser with drawers, and a computer desk and chair. A shower curtain is provided for the bathroom and the apartment is carpeted.
Each apartment comes equipped with a kitchen, dining, and living space. The dining space includes a table and chairs and the living space has a couch, and coffee table.
The housing rate covers all utility costs, including water, electricity, internet access, laundry facilities, and waste disposal.
Enrolled graduate students interested in Residential Life housing should submit an Interest Form below. Students not enrolled in a graduate program at Washington University will not be permitted to complete the Graduate Housing Interest Form.
