WashU Residential Life manages undergraduate student apartments in historic neighborhoods surrounding the Danforth campus. You’ll find our students living in the Ames Place, Rosedale Heights, Skinker-DeBaliviere and Delmar neighborhoods.
The off-campus apartments offer a variety of residential living options including studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment units. Each apartment complex has its own unique layout, furnishings and amenities to match the independent lifestyle you desire!
Greenway Apartments
Greenway apartments consist of one-person, two-person, and three-person apartments each having its own bathroom.
The Lofts Apartments
The Lofts Apartments consists of four separate buildings. Each building contains primarily three-person apartments along with single efficiency apartments, and two-person apartments, each having its own bathroom.
Rosedale Court Apartments
Rosedale Court Apartments consists of one-person, two-person, and three-person apartments each having its own bathroom.
University Drive Apartments
University Drive or UDrive Apartments consist of two-person and three-person apartments across eight separate apartment buildings along University Drive with each having its own bathroom.
