As the Assistant Director of Residential Education, I am dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive residential communities where students can flourish academically and personally. By fostering a culture of diversity, growth, and belonging, we aim to create lasting memories for all students at WashU.
As the supervisor of four full-time Residential College Directors, I manage the daily operations of multiple residential communities on the South 40 and the Northside, ensuring that our students receive an exceptional living and learning experience. My responsibilities include crisis management, programming, budget oversight, and collaborating with residential education staff on professional development initiatives.
