Domonique has 10 years of experience in Residence Life focused on creating authentic experiences of home for students. In fact, she started her career here at WashU as an Residential Community Director (RCD) in 2015. Domonique currently oversees the Residential Education team which ensures that all students who live Residential Life facilities have access to resources, form relationships, and feel at home while living here. Domonique oversees the RCDs and Residential Advisors (RAs), Congress of the South 40, the National Residence Hall Honorary, Ursa’s Nite Life, and the Living Learning communities.
