Hey y’all! My name is Emily and I truly value learning the name and story of the students I interact with in our residential communities – I’m so excited to welcome you to Umrath & Zetcher or “UmZee”, the crown jewel of the South 40, this year!
I serve as the Residential Community Director for Umrath & Zetcher Residential Communities, which serve approximately 500 first and second year students, as well as 17 Resident Advisors and on grad student. I support students in their growth and development outside of the classroom utilizing a strengths-based approach and trauma-informed care. Additionally I support university and residential life initiatives such as Resident Advisor Training.
