I serve as the Residential Community Director for Lien & Gregg Residential Community, affectionately known as Brookings. This community serves approximately 320 first- and second-year students, 10 Resident Advisors, one grad student, and one faculty fellow. I support students in their growth and development outside of the classroom, utilizing a strengths-based approach and trauma-informed care. Additionally, I support university and residential life initiatives such as Resident Advisor Training. Everyone has to start from somewhere, so be kind and gentle with everyone you meet, including yourself! I look forward to hearing your name and story.
