I serve as the Residential Community Director for the Thomas H. Eliot Residential Community, which serve approximately 300 first and second year students, as well as 10 Resident Advisors and one graduate student. I support students in their growth and development outside of the classroom utilizing a strengths-based approach and trauma-informed care.
