Hello there! My name is Payton, and I serve as the Residential Community Director for the Thomas H. Eliot Residential Community, home to 300 residents and 10 Resident Advisors. In addition to supporting Eliot’s building operations, I advise our Community Council with tons of gator pride (chomp chomp!).

With my background in student affairs and marketing, I prioritize promoting the on-campus experience, fostering student belonging, and building meaningful individual connections.
