Will Andrews serves as Executive Director of Residential Life at WashU, where he provides strategic leadership for housing operations, residential education, assignments, occupancy management, facilities, housekeeping, access services, and the student residential experience. He is passionate about creating communities where students feel a sense of belonging, build meaningful connections, and thrive throughout their WashU journey.
Will is pursuing a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) at the University of Missouri–St. Louis. He holds a Master of Education from Western Carolina University and a Bachelor of Science from Chowan University. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring St. Louis’s diverse food scene, traveling, and spending time with his dog, Dionne.
