Unauthorized or sanctioned posting in or around the residential community is prohibited.
Posting materials is permitted only on designated bulletin boards by Residential Life staff and CS40 members only. Any materials posted by students will be removed, unless permission has been granted by the Residential Community Director. Students or student groups found responsible for violating this policy are subject to disciplinary action. Printed material may be dropped off at the Residential Life Center for approval and distribution.
Solicitation of any kind in the residential community is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to door-to-door sales, flyers, or product parties.
Residents of university residence facilities are not permitted to sublease, rent, or share their residence with any individual(s) that are not on the residential housing agreement/lease as assigned by residential life. This includes but is not limited to posting a room/suite for rent anywhere in print or electronically (i.e. AirBnB, Couchsurfing, or Craigslist).
Because of the potential interference to the living environment of others, students are not permitted to run businesses out of their Residence Hall rooms. In order to protect the safety of young children and in accordance with our guest policy, childcare/babysitting by students is prohibited in all residence halls and apartments.
