Liggett House

Erected in 1901 on the WashU Danforth Campus, the first Liggett Hall was renamed and dedicated as the former Prince Hall in 1961, when the “Liggett” name was transferred to a multistory residence hall on South 40. In 2006, this name was transferred to the newly constructed John E. Liggett House, part of the Liggett/Koenig Residential College.

Liggett House contains modern four-person suites with bathrooms in each suite. Each student will have a: XL twin bed frame and accompanying mattress; a three drawer dresser; and a computer desk and chair. The suite is carpeted and a shower curtain is provided.

Additionally, there are study lounges on each floor, a main computer lab,  laundry facilities, a seminar room and a music practice room. Students will be responsible for providing their personal items and toiletries.
