Umrath history

Umrath House was originally two buildings built in 1958, know as “C” and “D”. in 1960, the buildings were named after Helen F. Umrath, wife of Karl D. Umrath for whom Umrath Hall next to Mallinckrodt Center is named, and her sister, Maurie Rubelmann. In 2009, the buildings were combined to become Umrath House. The current iteration of Umrath House was completed in 2016.
