Dardick House
This modern residence facility opened in 2004. The building was dedicated in honor of Nathan Dardick in 2006. He graduated from WashU in 1971 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. As a student, Dardick was dorm president and resident adviser of the former Eliot Hall. He attended law school at the University of Chicago and, as head of his law firm, specialized in corporate and commercial law. Retiring from law in 1986, Dardick pursued other business interests in the investment field. He served as a member of the executive committee of WashUs Parents Council.
Dardick House contains modern two-person (also known as modern double) suites, with each having their own bathroom. Each suite contains: a XL twin bed frame and accompanying mattress; a three drawer dresser; and a computer desk and chair. A shower curtain is provided for the bathroom and the suite is carpeted.
There are kitchens on each floor and a laundry facility in Dardick House.
Danforth Student Health Services is also located on the lower level of Dardick House.
