Gregg House

Opened in 1999, the Kate M. Gregg House is part of the Robert S. Brookings Residential College. Gregg House primarily houses sophomore students. On the lower level, there are several student-run businesses for students with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Gregg House contains modern four-person single suites and limited modern-double suites, with each four-person suite having a shared living space and bathroom. Each suite contains: a XL twin bed frame and accompanying mattress; a three drawer dresser; and a computer desk and chair. A shower curtain is provided for the bathroom and the suite is carpeted. In the shared living space there is a couch, couch chair, coffee and side table provided.

There are kitchens on each floor and a laundry facility in each building. There are study spaces available, a main computer lab and a multipurpose room. Students will be responsible for providing their personal items and toiletries.
