
Named for Arnold and Ellen Zetcher, Zetcher house consists of modern four and three-person suites, with a limited number of double suites – each having their own bathrooms. Modern four-person suites will have a shared living space. Each student will have a: XL twin bed frame and accompanying mattress; a three drawer dresser; and a computer desk and chair. A shower curtain is provided for the bathroom and the suite is carpeted. In the shared living space there is a couch, couch chair, coffee and side table provided.
There are kitchen and laundry facilities, study spaces, a main computer lab, and a multipurpose room. Students will be responsible for providing their personal items and toiletries.
